First and last time I will ever go there. Staff unfriendly, everyone unhappy or indifferent, kept me waiting over an hour without any explanation in an office that was not crowded. Doctor himself unfriendly and acted like he didn't care about the patient in any way. Bad feelings all around.

I was extremely happy with my care from Dr. Clarke however the office staff is horrible! They act like you are intruding on their personal time and are very rude to you! Anytime I've needed labs drawn I've always had to call the office numerous time to get the orders sent to the lab. The office staff also act like they have no idea what is going on with your care, I have actually received calls asking if I have had a procedure done yet that their doctor is doing!!

Best ENT my kids have ever seen. He is so knowledgable and thorough, as well as extremely kind. We no longer live in Farmington, but I wish we could find a dr with his expertise & level of care.

Dr. Clarke is a fine doctor, but since this is the only Ear, Nose, and Throat office in Farmington, there is always an absurd wait time to get in to see him. I often have to wait in the lobby 1/2 an hour to over an hour past my appointment time to get called back, and then have to wait another 1/2 hour just to see him. This problem is made even worse by the fact that he has two of the most incompetent and rude secretaries in the city working the front desk.

Dr.clarke is a great dr he is very friendly and explains everything thoroughly. He doesn't do things just to make money. He only does procedures that are necessary for your condition and he won't jack you around. I trust Dr.clarke fully!
