I appreciate his attitude. He listens and spends the appropriate time. He is conservative in his approach.

I have not seen Dr Coder, however I have seen the Nurse Practitioner. She was kind and understanding. Then there is the Office Manager who always seems to forget to apply my Co-pay to my account. They have a policy to get the co-pay before seeing a healthcare provider. Which I always pay because I will not be able to get help. So, what I am saying is I did pay the co-pay, although it was not applied to my account ! Also usually paid the co-pay in cash, so where did that cash money go??I’ll never go back and I am not the only one who has encountered this missing co-pay. Therefore they send a bill charging the us an additional co-pay, this is like double billing!!!

Love Dr Brian
I’ve been with dr.Coder for six years now. While I was in for a routine visit, he happened to notice the skin cancer on my head and diagnosed it right away so it could be taken care of. He will never over medicate. But he make sure I have what I need. I’ve tried other doctors, but I always come back to him. He seems to be the only one I trust.

Poor Customer Service and Loyalty to Customers
Our family of 6 have been patients of Dr. Coder for many years. Our whole family is on Sooner Care. I injured my knee and set up an appointment a week in advance. I took off from work and showed up and they refused to see me because they do not take sooner care adult patients anymore. Never once did they send any notices to us about this policy change. I'm glad I did not show up with a sick kid and have to find out they've changed their policies without notice and turn me away. The fact is, they could have added me to the system because they are seeing my wife on Sooner Care, but the front manager told me Dr. Coder would not add me to the system. Not only is this poor customer service because they are not owning up for their mistake of NOT discussing this over the phone with me during scheduling or sending out prior notices to families, but what poor loyalty! Is this how they treat long-term customers? I'm disappointed in how Dr. Coder and Broken Arrow Family Clinic has treated me.

Clueless "medical" staff. Office staff is arrogant and does not have a clue how to address your medical condition. Office manager and nurses relay inaccurate information to the doctor and flat out lie to the patient.
