WORST DOCTOR EVER
Doctor Boico should have his license revoked. Met him for water in my ear, tried to get me on high end steroids and a cat scan. What a racket. Guy is a rock for a personality and doesn't listen to patients.

My wife had PARATHYROIDECTOMY surgery with Dr Goico, post-surgery her voice is impacted due to injury in her vocal cord nerve. She is now suffering from Vocal cord paresis as a result of this surgery. she needs to go further surgical treatment with other doctors.

On time, knowledgeable, was able to work me into his schedule urgently. He took time to help me understand the long term plan for treatment and even remembered details of my personal life from visit to visit and asked questions to help calm my nerves and take my mind off things during procedures. His nurse Marlene is great too.

Sent Marine veteran in after family doc diagnosed with fluid in the ear. Was pressured to sign up for a hearing test during appt scheduling. Explained that he had regular hearing tests with the VA and this was a fluid issue & pain issue not a hearing issue. Doc spend literally less than 4 minutes, said you need a hearing test and that was it. Horrible customer service, did not listen to the patient, did not listen to the family doc. Came off as simply wanting more $$$. Will NEVER recommend.

Clearly I did not like my appointment. I didn't think that he listened well and seemed to be unaware that Ohio is full of fungal issues that affect the ear, nose and throat. Perhaps, he is wonderful with bacterial infections, I'll never know.

Visited Dr. Goico for the first time today at the recommendation of my primary care physician. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, listened without making me feel rushed and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
