I haven't gotten surgery yet, but the consultation made me very uneasy. He wasn't necessarily mean or rude, but didn't explain things well and mumbled a bit. When I'd ask questions, I still felt unsure about what was going on. There was an overall feeling of him not really caring about my concerns or understanding. He said I had something wrong with my tongue, he barely explained it and said something like tied tongue then vaguely elaborated when I got worried and asked. Just unhelpful...
