I was taken by ambulance from a fall 4 feet from a truck CT said fractured L1 and 5 bulging discs then MRI showed no fracture but did have bulging discs. Never one time did Dr. Russell come see me after being admitted but released me on day 2 with zero pain meds. I’m at home today in so much pain and felt like I was treated like a drug addict. Why spend so much money to go by ambulance, have CT and MRI, and pay for admission to hospital for drugs?!? I was advised to call and follow up with him but I will never go to him nor recommend him!

Thankful for Dr Russell after my sons car accident
Dr Russel was on call in the middle of the night to care for my son with a subdural hematoma ! As a former nurse he had wonderful bedside manners and took time to explain his condition to us ! Thank you so much Dr Russell

Dr Russel helped me so much!! I am so appreciative of everything he did! I absolutely recommend him!!! best bedside manner and was urgent to help me!!! So blessed to have him!!!

I met Dr Russel when I was 34 and let's say 1000 characters isn't enuf for me to tell you all how very lucky you are to have him. I never felt like a number he was straight forward with me and when I left my appts with him I knew exactly what was going on with my neck. I have severe cervical and spinal stenosis and he performed 2 cervical neck fusions and he was right there checking on me when I got situated in my room after surgery. He was like family I had been with him so long. When he told me he was moving I cried like a baby I was absolutely heartbroken. I'm getting ready to have my 3rd neck surgery and i wish so much that you were still here in illinois. I understand why he relocated but I can tell you there are so many ppl that wish you were still here. I hope you all appreciate him as much as I did and still do.

Brian did surgery on my neck over a decade ago to remove bone spur clusters and did an outstanding job, I recently screwed that up and sure wish he was still in Illinois, desperately needed!!!

He did a surgery on me in February of 2022 !! Left me in a lot of Pain! I wouldn't ever recommend him!!

Dr. Russell did not read any of my test results, medical history, or examine me prior to my appointment. he was very friendly but I would have preferred very prepared.
