Listens to patients
Dr Wasson had always listen to the concerns I have. I feel heard and not just a number. He is knowledgeable, kind and is a phenomenal doctor.. he will not make promises he can’t keep, but offers solutions to help his patients feel better!

Primary Care Review
Dr. Wasson was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of each different medical concern that I have and set up a plan to address all of my issues. The visit was more thorough than I have ever experienced at other offices and the staff were amazing.

I want to bring awareness. My dad seen this doctor for years (he is 62). Dr. Wasson NEVER had my dad do a routine colonoscopy even though my dad is 62. My dad was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. It has spread to multiple organs and tissues throughout his body. It took TIME for this to happen. My dad even had regular lab work done to monitor his high cholesterol and medication, and yet nothing was said about his blood work indicating liver disease. I am hoping to bring awareness and that if you are 50 or older, do not expect this doctor to recommend a colonoscopy. My dad put trust in his doctor and relied on his medical knowledge, only to be told he has a limited time to live now. Please please please don't rely on this doctor.

Not a good listener
I REALLY like Dr Wasson and my husband and daughter are his patients as well. Here is our issue, he doesn’t really seem to listen… or examine you very well. My husband has had serious health issues and feels Dr Wasson does not have the experience or interest in helping him. My husband also has severe ADD, like bad, and Dr Wasson kind of blows him off. My daughter has severe anxieties and she was prescribed sleeping pills, she took them twice hated them and stopped. She wants a referral to a therapist but has not heard back. I personally have not had these issues, but I feel I am a strong communicator so I ask a lot of questions and speak up to what my needs are. Maybe they are not, I’m not sure. Hopefully he reads these and will work on being more present when meeting with his patients, I’m sure his rating will increase as well.
