Dr. Silva's office was GREAT! The office staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Silva was very nice. She was patient and listened to all of my concerns. I felt that the Dr. was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I had my yearly physical with Dr. Silva yesterday. I had hoped to speak to her about my continued issue with not losing weight, but she came across as very dismissive as if everyone is gaining weight nowadays no matter what exercises they do. The office staff was very pleasant, and as long as I wasn't discussing my weight, she seemed willing to talk.

Dr. Silva is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She is a wonderful primary care physician.

My son moved to another state, he got sick and doesn’t have a doctor yet. Dr. Silva was able to see him via telemed and get him on his way to feeling better. Can’t thank her enough!

Dr. Silva is an excellent physician as well as a highly effective communicator. Due to Covid, my last 3 appointments have been virtual, via FaceTime. The experience has been every bit as personal, professional and productive as a face-to-face office visit. Since Dr. Silva listens carefully and explains everything thoroughly, I feel that nothing was lost through the Telehealth experience. In fact, it was beneficial because I was able to avoid COVID-19 exposure and eliminated office visit anxiety. Maintaining up my regular check up schedule is part maintaining my health. Dr. Silva and her staff are warm, caring, professional and efficient. Using Telehealth for routine visits is smart, safe and effective.

Dr. Silva has been my physician for over 2 decades. She is a caring, thorough and thoughtful listener and diagnostician. I have never felt rushed, and my questions always answered. Her Team (staff) is friendly, professional and also caring. I highly recommend Dr. Silva.

Dr. Silva's office staff is as friendly as they are professional. The wait time is usually 5 minutes max. Dr. Silva spends the time listening and helping you.

Uncaring Practice. I was an established patient and called the 1st week of March 2020 with cold/flu symptoms. I was told the doctor is not seeing any sick patients. I asked about a telehealth visit, was told she didnt do that.I was told to go to a hospital I was scared to go to the hospital because of the coronavirus. Evidently my doctor was scared of me. I really felt abandoned by my doctor. I was frustrated and said I guess I will just sit at home and die. The receptionist says ok, thank you. That really made me feel like noone cared. I wrote a post on my personal page. It really hurt my feelings. I never had a doctor treat me like this before. I call back today asking if I could atleast get a refill for my blood pressure pill. I was told they read my post and am no longer their patient. Just because I was upset because of how I was treated. You would think I might have received an apology for their actions. Instead unprofessionalism.

Very caring and competent. Dr Silva listens. Great diagnostician. And something you don't often have...... a wonderful caring professional office staff. Kudos. Great practice.

I read through all of the reviews before I chose to come to Dr. Silva's office yesterday. The people who gave this office a1 star review are way off base. The office was clean, the staff was so sweet and the doctor was extremely intelligent and actually listened. I am recommending this office to all of my friends.

Dr Silva separated from Dr Hamwy and when they did, all her patients were declined. Dr Silva has an office staff who is heartless and without compassion.

Great experience! Super staff. Hard to find a Doctor that truly cares about you these days. I felt like she listened and understood my concerns. She also provided great answers to my questions. Would definitely recommend this Dr to my family and friends.

Dr. Silva is a great physician, who takes time to speak and understand the patient. Great bedside manners. The staff is courtesy, amazing and very professional.

TERRIBLE . This is my opinion, my experiences.....It is all about the money. A NASTY individual with a smile on her face. Refers people out for something as simple as an earache from a cold. Lousy relationships and she sells medicine in that to get your Rx, you have to pay for another office visit. When asked why do you need to see me? There is no reason, they ignore the question. Separated from her business partner and immediately she rented the place next door. Should have been a clue.

Excellent physician! She is on time and is the best family practice Dr. in town. Her staff is very friendly and do a great job to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
