The appt I had was for nothing but a book sample. (Is it kosher to bill for a Dr appt when it was nothing but blood being drawn?). The Dr. promised to call me after she reviewed the result. That was a month ago. No follow up despite her promise. And, no, I did not misunderstand She didn't say she'd call IF there was an issue. She said she would call to discuss the results. She did not.

Dr. Case has been monitoring my platelets for several years due to a blood test that showed my platelet number was exceedingly low. Initially she saw me every three months, and as my platelet number increased, I saw her every six months, then once a year. She took a lot of time assuring me that my numbers did not pose a major health risk and that the numbers often fluctuate. Once she gets my blood test results, she comes in, anxious to tell me how much my numbers have improved. We always have a good visit when I see her as she makes you feel so comfortable and I truly feel like she is a wonderful friend. I highly recommend Dr. Case to anyone needing assistance at Southern Cancer Center.

We are snowbirds so I had to find a place to carry on my treatments while in Gulf Shores. I reached out to Southern Cancer Center and they set everything up. Dr. Case was great! She met my needs and was very caring. I am so grateful they were able to see me. They are excellent. She also helped me get into a pain clinic while I was in the area.

She is smart, caring, professional and friendly.

Very caring and attentive, never makes me feel like she’s in a rush to go to the next patient. Always listens and makes sure I understand what’s going on takes time to sit and explain anything that I have questions or concerns about.
