Dr. Brittany Koy was horrible to me. She was cold, rude, and uncaring. I was in excruciating pain with a tooth abscess and she didn’t have a care in the world. I will never go back to this ER. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one came out. Thank God it wasn’t a life or death emergency. I was in a lot of pain and my blood pressure was very elevated while I’m 35 weeks pregnant. She showed complete disregard for my pain and treated me worse than a dog. I truly felt that I wasn’t worth her time. Her tone was cold, her comments were rude, she was an awful person to me.
