I had a total knee replacement July 2014 and had all the CAT scans to custom build the replacement to my specifications. I did all the physical therapy ect. The pain was worse after the surgery than before. I went back and got several injections in the knee and later a scope to scrape out the scar tissue. The pain only got worse to the point my other knee and ankle is bad. He told me "I guess you are one of the 5% that it did not work". Their page says they care, they did not care about me!

Doctor is very professional. He does listen to your questions. Sometimes it is hard to get medications sent with correct dosage. He delegates this to an assistant. You may have to wait a considerable amount to of time to see him, if there are problems with other patients. But, someone should come in and explain to you rather than let you just sit four over 30 minutes.
