Most Unprofessional Doctor I Have Ever Seen
On my first appointment (recently moved to the area) went into a way too personal, non-medical questionnaire, then became offended when I said I was uncomfortable with all the non-medical questions (this is well after he knew I have an anxiety disorder). Then later in the appointment he went out of bounds again and asked if I thought I'd continue to be a patient, and when I replied "Maybe", he then threatened to not write my prescriptions until I made a verbal agreement to continue with him as my PCP (AKA keep paying up or no medical care). This is after I already paid for the visit. I walked right out of the office. I'm still livid, and now need to search for a new doctor to prescribe me my medications. Avoid this man.

You'll need to visit twice to get a physical
He demands that all new patients have a "NEW PATIENT VISIT" to "MEET and GREET," which means you have to book a separate appt for an annual. Who has the time? I can only think this is about billing and money. I will rather look elsewhere.

Dr. Weinraub spends as much time as the patient needs. I never feel rushed and he is easy to talk to. His explanations are easy to understand and he has been able to figure out my health issues and had saved my life twice by sending me to the ER when I needed to be there!

My mother liked him very much, b/c initially he seemed smart, accessible and didn't talk down to her. However, he will not do anything he cannot bill for. When she was 1.5 hours away, in severe back pain, & with the flu, he wouldn't help coordinate her care, renew prescriptions, etc. He would only make an appt for her to come in, knowing how far away she was, the shape she was in, & having access to the ER's xray & info. When we needed him the most, he wouldn't help, or even talk to us directly.
