I was in extreme bladder pain and needing to be seen sooner than later, got in the same day. Fast and easy scheduling. Easy check in. Dr. Allen, listens to your concerns and ordered the necessary testing I needed. Friendly service from staff! Best part is I did not have to wait long to be seen. Office was very clean. I highly recommend this office! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you for seeing me on short notice and taking care of me!Update: Findings Interstitial Cystitis- I now receive Cocktails (Happy Hr) for my bladder. At first I was nervous, but this office gives you peace of mind. I have been seeing Marium every week for the past 6 weeks, she is the best, I just love her. She explains things very well and helps ease you through it. I am on my 4th treatment and going very well, so far it has been a blessing. Dr Allen and his staff very pleasant answers all the questions you have. You feel like you are the number 1 person as he has a great bedside manner. My husband has Dr Allen off and on for 8 years. Easy to make an appointment with also. Thank you for making us comfortable always

Have not met him yet but called and got an appointment for next week already. Everyone else was at least 3 months down the road. I don't know if that is good or bad, I'll see.

Dr. Allen has shown me, an 80 year old man, that he is wise way beyond his years. He is not only a very bright physician but also a kind and understanding man.

What a great doctor Dr. Allen is, along with his staff! He took time with me and explained things in terms I could easily understand. And I can’t say enough good things about his nurse Mariam. My Mom had an appointment today at 3:30pm. She is not very good with electronics; so, my husband noticed she had a voicemail from them. In the voicemail it said that they were moving the appointment from face-to-face to over the phone because the doctor was exposed with COVID; therefore, he was quarantining. My husband notified me of this change during my lunch break at work (as I am a teacher). So, I drove straight home to do the appointment with my Mom over the phone. We were sitting at the phone a few minutes before 3:30. When the clock reached 3:32 I called. I sat on hold for awhile. When finally someone did pick up they said the nurse called earlier and since no one picked up they cancelled the appointment with the doctor. I asked when she called. I looked through my Mom's phone history, and it was at 2:13pm. That is an hour and 17 minutes prior to the appointment. I asked again, so the doctor is not there for the 3:30pm appointment as scheduled, and they said no.

He cares, he listens and he explains. He understood my fears. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Allen is superb. Listens attentively and seems genuinely concerned. I can say that about only about 25% of the docs I've met in my 64 years. His staff is friendly and helpful. His assistant Miriam is awesome. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Allen is a caring person he cares about his patient. I hight recommend Dr.Allen.

My father jad a routine urologic procedure. After much discussion regarding his known clotting disorder, Dr Allen decided to proceed without bridging him with lovenox. The cascade of events that followed from ischemic leg, perforated bladder, urinary infections has been a nightmare. If you have any kind of complicated history be wary!

He is a great DOCTOR and his nurse Miriam is wonderful .I high recommend this office.

If you want a big excuse for a pratice this is it. We did like Dr Allen, but his office staff is a joke. T hey just pass you around, test after test, staff and billing office personel that just pass the buck. Trying to get them to correct something is impossible. Stay away, you have been told.

When you talk to him , he understands the problem and finds a way to take care of it. He's great, made my life better.

Dr. Allen is a wonderful caring doctor. Thanks to him I'm on the road to being well again . Him and his staff are just wonderful. I Thank him so much for everything he has done for me . He just a wonderful doctor and an angel in disguise. I would advice anyone to not hestiate letting him be your doctor . he has wonderful beside manners and explains everything so that you can understand . Thank you again Dr. Allen . Worked me in quickly, Dr. Allen got right to the point of my problem and schedule surgery for the next day during his lunch time.

Dr. Allen is a very caring, professional physician. He takes his time with you and explains everything until all your questions are answered.
