My experience with this urologist was really disappointing. They don’t follow up on test results, so I was left waiting and had to keep reaching out just to get any information. When I asked questions, they seemed irritated, like I shouldn’t be bothering them with my concerns. They even got upset that I had access to my own test results, which felt strange—like I’m not supposed to know what’s happening with my health. Worst of all, it’s been over a month since my tests, and they still haven’t called to schedule a biopsy. It’s frustrating because it feels like they don’t care about their patients. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for better care.

I saw this dr for kidney stones, was able to get in quickly and ave surgery scheduled quickly. Shortly after surgery I developed a fever, pain and infection. I called his office and left a voice mail for his nurse to call me and Yell at me that they dont deal with kidney/bladder infection nor do they hand out pain meds. Not one time did i ask for pain meds, only for an appointment to come in and have this infection treated. I have never, ever been treated so rudely by any office. I ended up going to my pcp where they did a ua and I had a severe bacterial infection that they said should have been treated by this doctor, as that is what he was for. I called and spoke to the office manager and was assured it would be taken care of and I would receive a call back, that never happened. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The initial visit and surgery is great the follow up is what disgusts me.

My experience with Dr. Jensen has been excellent. I am sorry that the Humble practice will be losing Dr. Jensen, as he is moving his practice to his hometown of Tyler, TX.

Dr. Jenson saw me on short notice when I had kidney stones, and when I had to go back, he was very proactive in listening to my concerns and he scheduled me for surgery the next day. I am so grateful because I was in a lot of pain. The nurses were very friendly and professional.

My first visit it was so busy they moved me from room to room. The doctor has an awful bedside manner and is very callus in his reply to my questions. On my second visit I was ushered to the room timely, however my experience with the doctor was very sterile and insensitive again. The lady who checked me out made up numbers for me to pay and kept saying she posted it wrong. I still never saw a EOB. The bright light is the nurse. she is wonderful and sweet.

Has taken excellent care of our family under normal circumstances and in emergency situations. He takes the time to sit and LISTEN to your needs and concerns. He does not rush you through a visit. His nursing staff, especially Christle is exception, handling us with great patience and concern. Scheduling is always well handled and reminders of appointments are always received.
