Dr. Burton Sanders, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sanders for 6 years now. After a sudden mystery illness, he took me as a consult with his NP early one morning before his practice opened because he already had a full schedule. He is patient and really listens and cares. His empathy is unmatched. Understandably, he moved to a concierge model to be able to spend more one-on-one time with patients instead of shuffling through them like cattle (my words, not his). He is prompt and thorough. I’ve contacted him on many occasions after hours via text or call and he is always kind and quick to respond. I would also follow him to the moon as another patient wrote.

Dr Sanders left for a more lucrative practice and abandoned his patients to find a new doctor. TriStar staff was unwilling to help and in general were rude and dismissive. Dr Sanders had committed to transfer our records to another doctor in his office but did not follow through. Appointments that had been made were not honored and no notice was given. Dr Sanders has not shown any concern for former patients, he fired them!

I always have prompt appointments. Never wait past my appt time. Dr, Sanders is AWESOME. He cares and does everything needed to keep you healthy. He has been my doc 38 years! That speaks for it's self! His people are great too.
