Miss An Appointment and Get Dropped!
My spouse and I were trying to find a doctor that we could go to together as we get older so we thought we would try out this one. They appeared to have good reviews. Sadly, the Johnson City office called today to let me know that they were dropping me as a patient because I cancelled an initial appointment in 2023! Two years ago? And that was just the initial consultation! I had not yet filled out any paperwork to be a patient in their office, so far as I know. I have never even been there in person, so far as I can remember - only talked to someone on the phone! I've never even had an initial consultation! How can you 'discharge' someone as a patient who has never as yet been into your office? Are they so well off from taking people's hard-earned money that they can split up a couple, picking and choosing who they let through their doors? I didn't realize being helped was such a selective process! WARNING! Don't cancel and appointment or you'll be dropped as a patient!!!

New Insurance, New Primary Doctor. Dr. Smith is on top of his job. Checked out passed medical history, that's a first. Seems to me to be a good man.
