I've been seeing Dr. Ransone for several years now and he has always demonstrated an understanding of the issues I have and addresses them without any problems. He performed surgery on my prostate gland to prevent further complications. I would have preferred his medical expertise when my father needed medical attention.

Very responsive, including calls
Always showing warmth and concern himself, the attitude arrives over to calling. Staff very quick to respond and call Doctor, and to get back to me (45 min.). One the best offices I've experienced.

Never had a visit. Staff very rude and not helpful at all. Was going to be a bee pt, had referral sent and they claimed it never came. Said we will call u when it arrives. Click... finally 2 weeks later they called and did not make appt girl was very snippy!! Asked prime care and my doc was told it was there the day I cashed in the bsck. Really? And it takes 2 weeks to call back?! Not happening! Would not recommend them at all. Working in medical field we would never in any capacity in office get away with that!!

No he's a quack, I needed bladder surgery for 2 years and he didn't diagnose that, had to get a Dr in Michigan City, IN and finally on the mend I hope, surgery coming up soon on my bladder... Go see Julia Garcia or one of her associates in Michigan City... Then he acted like I was going to rip him off, wouldn't prescribe meds I needed until my insurance paid him...

During this time of a pandemic, I tried to get a prescription I used 2 years ago, but Ransone's office wouldn't help me because it has been over 2 years unless I come in to see him. Then they wouldn't schedule an appointment unless I got a referrel from my primary physician, even though I have been seeing Ransone for 10 years. During this time of a pandemic, I thought Doctors would help high risk patients.

No problem with staff and he is very friendly. I had a problem with a prostate biopsy I needed . First he was a hour late as I was on the table waiting for him (emergency ) . He got there . that's when it got bad. the procedure was done and I was covered in blood. The other doctor gave me a wash cloth to take home ? He left didn't tell me what happened. Went for my follow up and asked what happened . No good answer. two weeks later the pain set in bad pain . two months later I started bleeding. Worst thing I ever had done in my life.

Was a patient for two procedures and he was great in explaining them and taking care of me at the hospital. Unfortunately been trying to call his number to the office in LaPorte and cannot get through for several weeks. One time I did was told I would be called back and as of yet have not gotten a call. I was a patient for a few years until I was talking to a friend who was telling me her experience and how Ransone decided to treat her with 100 mg of antibiotics. The same thing he was giving me for cystitis. He treats all of his patients the same. He never really ran any tests. I recently switched and got another opinion and was told I was being over medicated. His wife runs the office and runs the staff right out of there. Save yourself. Get another opinion!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical professional - he suggested a procedure for a large stone, refused to provide support for his recommendation when we asked for more info, and eventually decided he did not want to see me anymore because “too many hands are involved.”

This man should have his licence taken away. He had my father so 3 bladder biopsies. 1 in the emergency room and one he set up. When he met with my dad and sister he was more interested in her Louis Vuttion handbag. When I went with my dad after the 2nd biopsy, he rushed in and told him he had carsomia in site -tu but did not explain. Had my dad wait 3 months and did the 3rd biopsy and told him at that time he had bladder cancer. My father died. That is what you need to know. STAY AWAY !!!
