We had a lip tie done by Dr Schreiner. Afterwards he briefly went over needing to massage her lip (as my daughter was screaming crying). Then he handed us some gauze and walked out of the room. I then washed pools of blood from her mouth and tried to console her. He didn't numb her because he said the shot would hurt more than the procedure. If I hadn't been so preoccupied with calming my daughter down I would've said something to someone in the office. I will never go back here again!

A few years ago I was in the hospital with a severe ear infection for 5 days. My primary care physician asked Dr. Schreiner to come see me because it was not getting any better. He came every day to monitor my progress and continued to see me after I was discharged. I ended up requiring surgery that Dr. Schreiner performed. I see him every 6 months and will continue to do so for many years to come. He has always listened to my concerns and has taken very good care of me. He truly cares.

After three visits to the ER, I was referred to Dr. Schreiner with an unstoppable nosebleed. Immediately I could feel that he was determined to resolve my problem which calmed my fear. It took two visits because it was complicated, but he was persistent and wanted to avoid surgery. I am so grateful for his expertise and for the wonderful care I received.

Dr. Schreiner welcomed me into his office with a gracious manner, and asked me if there were any questions about my visit. He and I talked about what needed to be done then he proceeded to give me a mental picture of the procedure that he had in mind for me. After discussing my options he was helpful in securing a surgery date as early as possible because of my condition. I left his office feeling that I had made the right decision in choosing Dr. Schreiner.

I have been admitted into the hosptial he is staffed at and he is refusing to come in and even LOOK in my ear and address my concerns of severe hearing loss and draining.
