,DR.Smith will ruin your life do not go here you can request another doctor from your insurance company. He said my nerve test came back that I had carpal tunnel, and cubital syndrome he talked me into surgery, but he didn't tell me my second nerve test came back that my nerves was ok ,he proceeded with the surgery, it's been 4 months I still can't use my arm and he says well there's nothing else I can do for you. I'm sending you back to full duty with no future medical. So I can't return if I have problems in the future. PLEASE! Listen to me you probably work a dead end job or even if you don't your life is precious do not allow this man to do surgery on you. He doesn't care I should have listen to the reviews. He does care about anyone.
