I love Dr. Gifford!
I went to Dr. Gifford for my Viracose veins. It took several visits to get rid of them. But she was so sweet about telling me that she would get rid of them for me and she she did. Explained everything to me that she was going to do. She is very gentle with me. She tell me like it is. Doesn't sugar coat it like a like of other Drs.I highly recommend her. She is the best. I just love her and her staff. Her staff is so friendly. I feel like a part of the family.I get hugs if I want them and I can give them if I want too. I just love everyone one of them.

No respect for patients time
One visit for a initial consult and mri - only has one mri tech and after a 45 wait - saw Dr Duran for 5 minutes and then was told I had to reschedule mri because tech was “unavailable “ - this visit I waited for 1 hr 15 minutes- was never Covid temp check so I left. Appointments should mean something- a little behind is understandable but not 1 hour plus! Changing to new provider

Not respectful of a patient's time. Got there extra early to fill out "NEW" patient paperwork for a 9 am appt. I get called back about 9:05. Got put in the room which looked like a prison cell only to have 2 quick in/out visits by MA and then Dr. Duran and MA. Dr. Duran informed the MA to do a sonogram and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting - noone ever came to check on me. Heard a lot of activity outside the room and patients getting to leave who came in after me. I got fed up from waiting and I just left. Dr.'s need to be more respectful of our time. I MADE AN APPT. FOR A REASON AND TOOK OFF FROM WORK and I don't have time to sit around all day waiting and just feeling abandoned. I better not receive a bill because it will not get paid. Now I have to find another dr. AND TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF FROM WORK. I wouldn't even give this dr. a rating but it made me select one.
