Would trust her with my life
I would (and have) trusted my life with Dr. Hatchell. Nearly 20 years ago she became my PCP. She is genuinely concerned with my condition and is current with new techniques and medicines.

I see from a separate review below that they also had a similar experience with Dr. Hatchell..she is the worst doctor we've ever been to and will NEVER GO BACK! My husband went in for " what we thought was vertigo" but wanted to get confirmed. Her FIRST words upon entering the exam room was, " I can't help him.. take him asap to the ER!" Are you kidding me? I had to actually ASK her to give him an exam! She seemed put off! Why should we have to ASK you to check him out? On top of that the ER right now is overwhelmed with very sick people, not to mention all the COVID they are dealing with! We are not going to ANY ER unless absolutely necessary and this was not one of those times! What a stupid suggestion! Her bedside manner was horrible..made us feel as if we were putting her out..I suggest you work on this as you are there to HELP people not make them feel like we're wasting your time! Do your job Dr. Hatchell..but I promise you we will never come back!

Dr. Hatchell is a very good physician however I was so put off by her assistant Jamie I have decided to go back to Printers Parkway for another physician.

Dr Hatchell is extremely personable and the necessary time to care for my health concerns. We have had several good discussions where she has answered all my questions.

I wouldn't recommend her due to her not listening to me as a patient of hers for over 3 years. I continued to have infection and arthritis issues and after 35 years of Arthritis, I inquired about the psoriasis of the nails and bumps on the back of my hands and knees. She told me they were just cysts yet they were symptoms of Psoriatic Arthritis & failed to treat me for over 6 months then didn't send me to a RA Specialist and let me continue to get worse to the point I was in extreme pain.
