Dr. Catherine Lintzenich, MD

I was referred to Dr. Catherine R. Lintzenich by my allergist in June or July and had my first appointment on August 30. I expected to find relief for my condition, especially after undergoing a procedure on October 25. Unfortunately, I’m still in pain, and the lack of follow-through from this office has been extremely frustrating. After the procedure failed to provide relief, I contacted the office and was scheduled for a November 18 appointment. However, Dr. Lintzenich was unavailable, so I saw a nurse practitioner instead. I was told that the team would decide whether to proceed with surgery or refer me to an ENT specialist at VCU. Weeks went by without any communication, and I had to contact the office myself to find out the status of my care. I work in a specialist office and understand the pressures and challenges of the medical field. I am not a difficult patient and have been more than understanding throughout this process. Dr. Lintzenich is very knowledgeable and thorough. I always feel that she listens to what I have to say and provides excellent care. She also did my vocal cord surgery with excellent results. I highly recommend her!!
