I still cry for my son Andrew
Cesar, I’ll never forget your phone call. Telling me my son will be dead in two years & there was nothing you could do , you denied him long term care , you , I will never forgive , my son died & I forever am broken that I trusted you as his doctor , you are a disgrace as is Rebeka Maupin from the county conservators office . To think you had a criminal record & still have one & it was never disclosed to me. You are pond scum , Andrews mom ! RIP my beautiful son , Andrew Anthony Williams ,I love you forever 01/05/21 I curse you Cesar , the day my son stepped into Alvarado Parkway Institute is the day I lost him .

I physically attacked him once but he forgave me. :) He is really handsome, easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. I wish he was still my Dr. But I would probably have to be hospitalized to make that happen. :(

Did not shake hand. Would not maintain eye contact. Stood up and left room in the middle of appointment. Not informative. HIGHLY Unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
