The visit was extremely professional. Dr. Williams made sure I understood everything and did the injection procedure himself. He made sure I understood everything and spoke to me in layman's terms so there was no misunderstanding as to my treatment plan. I am nearly 80 years old and he made sure he listened carefully to my complaint.

The doctor, Williams, I have no complaints. He was pleasant and took time and explained things.Scheduling was very poor. Took me several phone calls to them and at least 6 weeks to get them to make an appointment.

I've been using the "My Chart" I'm getting the hang of it- but there's quite a learning curve to go. It would be helpful if you offered an "IT" medical person to contact or even have a "session " with- would even be better! I can never express my gratitude to Dr. Williams for his ongoing support and commitment to my healing as well as the other professionals providing medical services & support. My only complaint is about not being able to receive initial services from Kadlec Wound Care Clinic- however other than weeks of minimal home health care- the very best care I'm receiving is from Prosser! So I'm fortunate that Kadlec WC is involved.
