Dr. Bernick is a hard working physician who fights a loosing battle with time. The system simply does not give this talented, dedicated, empathic, physician time to do things that this giant in his field could be doing at the peak of his brilliance in neurology. He should be far more active in the preparation of MD's at The University of Nevada School of Medicine. His patients are largely seen by PA's. We in America have made it so hard to be a physician that we'll lose him to retirement.
