So here's the thing. I have never visited Dr. Cattano. I live in Florida so we've never met face to face. Yet somehow, he was the doctor who determined that the diagnostic testing that my actual doctor ordered was not medically necessary. How does a gastroenterologist make a determination like this without actually examining the patient and with a specialty in STOMACHS? Is he putting his name on these letters from United Healthcare because of some kickback he's getting? He is doing harm by denying these claims, which I have to assume he took an oath not to do.
