have UMR ins. through my wife, my PCP is the VA, tried calling to get an appointment for a collapsed eustachian tube, said I had to get referral from my PCP tried explaining it would take up to 8 weeks to see my VA Dr then get a letter, said did not matter even with UMR ins had to have a referral, not pleased

Horrible scratched daughter's ear drum, threw his tools an stormed out, without any explanation. Can't get ahold of the doctor now to fill a prescription, terrible customer service, has no professionalism.

Dr. Holland found my tonsil cancer during a routine hearing aid test. I had no idea! Within a few days he had biopsied and got me scheduled at M D Anderson! I am cancer free and he guided me thru with his follow-ups. Everything he told me about what to expect was spot-on! He is a very personable doctor and friend and always has enough time for me and my questions! Thanks to God for leading me to Dr. Holland!
