Dr. Hyer is my hero, he did and operation on my husband and saved his bowel, he seen him every day in the hospital and all id have to do if we needed him was call and he took our calls right away. He listened to us and explained everything he was doing. This man is such an amazing man. God bless him ??

Hernia repair surgery
Dr Hyre and his team are everything and more you could ask for. Scheduling, ease of communication, surgery day and post op were a breeze. A recommendation here to family and friends for their surgical needs would be a no brainer. Trust this one!

Dr. Hyre is compassionate, highly skilled, and trustworthy. He provided me healing and care for a successful surgical procedure and colonoscopy. I also appreciate how he explained to me everything before my surgery and afterwards at a post op appointment. He also listened to my concerns. I felt very safe during both procedures. Scheduling was easy and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hyre is very thorough in his examinations. He is kind and courteous. He explains in detail what the problem is and then asks if there are any questions. His competence as a surgeon is top notch. Basically the kind of doctor you hope to find when in medical need.

God's Grace for me that Dr. Hyre was on emergency duty late Sat.nite at Winchester Medical Hospital. I had suffered with lower abdominal pain all Friday nite and Saturday. Arrived at the hospital around 5pm, bloodwork and CT done and in surgery by 9pm. Dr. Hyre removed my appendix, I had excellent care at WMC and was allowed to come home the next day. I Highly recommend Doctor Hyre and Winchester Medical Center.

I would recommend Dr. Hyre to friends or family. He was easy to talk with and explained answers in a way that non medical people can understand. He is easy to get along with while maintaining a very professional approach. The staff are very good and made an effort to know your name.
