Frustrating Appt.
Telehealth
This visit was changed to a telehealth virtual visit at the last minute...annoying. Virtual visits are a way for doctors to make more money and aren't effective. Dr. Sabharwal has a pretty poor bedside manner. She didn't really respond to my concerns and isn't personable at all. She went through her checklist of questions and was pretty robotic. I left the appointment more frustrated than anything...there was no solution or optimism. I agree with other reviewers that this seems to be a business that will do anything to make a dollar no matter what.

Dr. S. Diagnosed me in 2010 I think it was. I was extremely happy with her then. I felt I was getting good care and follow ups. My issue is with the support staff. It has been terrible. You cannot get through to billing. You always have to leave a message. Forget about immediate attention. People who do answer the phones are rude and short. Zero rating for customer service. I missed a Zoom appt because I was on the wrong link. No one called me to ask where I was like other doctors. They told me I would have to pay a $40 missed appt. When I called to discussed this, I was not put through. I had a scheduler be the go between. Absurd. The last tele-visit Esther the PA said someone would call me. No one ever did! Just totally frustrated with this group. I am leaving it. I feel let down by my doctor, Dr. S. Maybe the practice has gotten too big and it has come down to money.

She is associated with an incompetent clinic.
Her Comprehensive Sleep Care in my experience is utterly incompetent. They should lose their license. Most recently they advised me only two days before my sleep study they require an echo cardio gram. Impossible to have this done so soon. I’ve been going for two months on five hours sleep. They should be shut down by the health Dept. they are killing me. Earlier I encountered repeated problems arranging a new CPAP machine. I’m going to a new clinic,

Like previous patients of Dr Sabharwal mentioned, this practice is all about how to get the most money out of the patient. The Doctor and the office/staff aren’t for helping and improving the patient health but about their own profits and they will go very far to protect it! Watch out and be careful with them!!!

Been a patient for multiple years. She has pleasantly answered my question with detail. The office staff could be a bit nicer to the patient. Once a patient, scheduling appointments is easier. The staff dealing with the supplies DON’T listen, DON’T care what the patient requests, and ARE rude. They give the patient what they want the patient to have and DON’T care what the patient’s insurance company requires. I wanted hardware that met my insurance company requirements. They forced me to take a much more expensive equipment, and charged me for stuff the manufacturer supplied with my new equipment.

This practice is nothing more than a sham business focused on doing more sleep testing even when you don't need one and selling you more stuff you don't need. Every patient is switched from cpap to bipap or to auto cpap etc. or the other way around for no real reason every year just to sell you more stuff. One should seriously question any doctor who sends his or her patients to so called comprehensive sleep what got get in return? I have already found a real physician and switched. I suggest you do the same.

I wanted to do a review for CSCC because I was very happy with their service. I went in for a consultation with the physician and she was great. She spent plenty of time with me and together we decided to do a sleep test. They contacted my insurance and got approval and I asked for a call back to let me know what the coverage was. Apparently my insurance covers 100% but I still had $300 left on my deductible. Since I was really having issues sleeping (and snoring) I decided to have the test.

I truly feel that the Comprehensive Sleep Care Center is purely a money making operations. Dr Sabharwal took no time to answer my questions and ignored all of my concerns. She has someone taking notes which seems very unusual. I heard several patients voicing concerns about the cost of procedures, and materials. The staff ignored their questions. Beautiful office with uncaring people. Fortunately I found a Pulmonary Doctor who was interested in helping without charging outrageous fees
