Dr. Ritchie never called to inform me that I had cancer. When I got the point of urgent medical attention i.e kidney failure she was paged and down played my situation as if it wasn’t a urgent issue. Her response to the situation was a emergency Hysterectomy (without staging the tumor or offering any solid medical information). To say the least I was terrified and confused. No here I am 8 rounds of chemotherapy later with not as much as “I’m sorry” or “how can I fix this” . My life will never be the same, thanks Dr. Ritchie for neglecting and failing to inform me of the severity of my health!

I had an awful experience with Columbus Women’s Care. They lost a sample of blood that was going to be used to determine the sex of my baby and provide genetic results. When I asked for the doctor to call me she did not. My access to the Patient Portal was also revoked so that I wasn’t able to reach out to Dr. Richey. The practice is very dishonest, careless and unprofessional.

I have seen cherry Richey for my pregnancy. Though i miscarried at 11 weeks. Positive point: Very nice and friendly office staff/nurses. Love the people in her office. Adding details of my nightmare: I had pain in lower abdomen and pelvic area from the beginning of pregnancy and continued after miscarriage as well, that was psychological or normal according to her. She never took interest in doing further analysis. That pain wasn't getting any better so I decided to change my doctor there recently I have been diagnosed with chronic endometritis. My infection is in very bad condition and since it was left untreated it has form pus (according to my current doctor this is old infection probably from my first miscarriage in 2018) . I have been prescribed high dose of antibiotics and going to have biopsy after 2 weeks to see if infection has gone completely. I am leaving this review so that no one should go through the same fate. Good luck !!

She had me admitted to the hospital before I was in labor (only 2 cm dilated) and I had to spend Christmas there, and never made it into active labor until 8pm. She also discovered back in October that my pelvis was too narrow for me to vaginally deliver, yet she made me sit through 2 days in the hospital before doing my c section. I would never recommend her to anyone! If she knew she didn't want to come into the hospital on Christmas, then she shouldn't have had me admitted. Just terrible!!!

I have been with Dr. Richey for over 11 years. I have received nothing but the best care. She has taken care of getting both my children here healthy and most recently I had to have a hysterectomy . She always gives more than one suggestion for treatment and leaves the patient with ample information to make an educated decision.

She was very rude, she does not care about her patients. The line to contact her is absolutely ridiculous and make you feel stupid. They made me feel guilty for decisions I was making for me and my child. I would NEVER recommend this place
