Ridiculous as a dr.
This dr. Is totally uncaring. Did not listen or ask questions. In too much of a hurry. Made me feel like I was a drug addict. Did not review my MRI's and argued about where my spine pain was coming from. Very sarcastic and uncaring.

I suffer with CRPS and she was the most understanding and patient doctor I have ever since. Unfortunately she is no longer at office I went to. Wish I could find out where she practices now because I would love to have her been my doctor again. She's one of the best. Joetta

Should not be a Doctor
Dr Mejia is an unkind, rude, unprofessional , inaccurate physician. This Dr should not be left to care for vulnerable patients in pain. Charts assessments that do not take place. Charts inaccuracies. No compassion for patients in pain. Cold, uncaring, condescending, rude. Very rushed. Does not answer questions. Does not understand pain management and comorbidities. Poor judgment. Not trustworthy.

Why is she still practicing?
Doesn't care for patients to be a care provider. Her office and peers are disorganized as she is. Wrong dates on charts and doesn't know the last time you where there even looking at the charts. Very accusatory saying something is amidst and there is funny business going on and her office has the dates wrong. she said someone is giving me meds and it is her office. if i have 90 days of meds and do not come back until 90 days, you are penalized. why should you come every 30 days if you cannot provide other services. there are so many lies, and uncompleted tasks and i blame her. she works between two offices and staff always changing. she makes fun of you if you cannot hear and says you should get your hearing checked. very sarcastic and exhausting to work with. if you suffer from depression on top of chronic illness do not go here. She uses several med students or interns " " on a tablet to take notes and use them as a peanut gallery to mock you instead of reading the room on how frust

She is a joke. Doesn’t care about the discomfort of her patients. Might as well stick to OTC pain medication; you won’t get any out of her.

Dr Mejia is wonderful. My well-being is always her primary concern. After having had bad experiences with a couple of previous doctors who didn’t seem to care much about their patients, it was great to find Dr Mejia and know that I am now in good hands.
