Dr. Chetana Kripalu, MD

I love Dr Chetana Kripalu. I miss seeing her in person. I now see her husband, Dr Vinod Kripalu and I like him also. I just miss having a female dr because of certain subjects I need to deal with.

I am shocked at these reviews! Dr. Kripalu is caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all of your questions. I have nothing but the highest esteem for her. As for the staff at Trinity, I have told my family and friends many times that the staff at her office are amazing! Always friendly and accommodating. I have had the pleasure of talking to Isis many times and I have always found her helpful and friendly. I have also noticed that there seems to be very low turnover at the office, with me seeing the same faces each year when I go in and talking to the same staff members on the phone. I have always thought that a testament to a well-run office and doctors who valued their employees. That's exactly what I see from this office. I also love the forward thinking, like easy telemed visits and providing exercise balls and equipment for their staff to use while not seeing patients! Nice of them:)

I am shocked by these reviews. I love both of the Dr Kripalu (Chetana and Vinod) Dr Chetana has been my primary care doctor probably coming up on 5 years. She is attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. She believes in a natural and holistic approach. She is kind and non-judgemental. I have shared considerable personal and family information with her and I know it has remained confidential. I would highly recommend her to family, friends and co-workers.

HORRIBLE and UNETHICAL. Dr. Kirapalu may be a good Doctor, but her Staff is horrendous. I have had several instances now, where just calling to get a Rx refilled, has led to me being threatened by her disrespectful Staff, particularly a horrible girl named "Isis". Most recently while standing at the pharmacy counter to get an Rx refilled, of which i had a refill remaining, we learned that the date for the refill had expired. I rarely go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but in this case it was necc. Dr Kripalu is a good Dr., but her staff is a collection of snotty, unprofessional jerks. I would find another place to visit, unless they are going to get their staff in order.

She billed me 240 dollars as a new patient. OUTRAGEOUSLY high copay fee given she is only a primary physician. She will try to butter you up doing your visit because she is ripping you off. Stay away from this place.
