Dr. Chi-Na Pak, MD

I've had several appointments with Dr. Pak, and I must say, they've all been fantastic. As someone who generally stays healthy and doesn’t require frequent medical attention, I’ve found each visit to be timely and thorough. I’m quite self-aware about my health concerns, and I make a point to communicate them clearly. Dr. Pak has consistently provided accurate diagnoses, and I genuinely believe she doesn’t deserve the one-star reviews she’s received. Her care and professionalism have truly impressed me.

Dr. Pak covers for our PCP in his absence. A urine analysis showed active UTI. She quickly root-caused the issue as contaminated urine sample, and the case was resolved within 48 hours in real time. She even responded at 11pm in the evening to update us on her finding. An excellent doctor who really cares about her patients!

THIS DOCTOR DID NOT RESPECT ME AS A PATIENT OR AS A PERSON. She downplayed my symptoms and rolled her eyes. She clearly did not want to hear about my "problems" when she rushed my visit. An example of her poor care: I have had asthma my entire life and she removed my fast acting inhaler from my prescriptions as her way to FORCE me to use a prevention one. I couldn't even renew my fast acting for emergencies when my old one expired. SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN HEALTH CARE.

I have seen this doctor a few times. She is not attentive to my needs as a patient, she rushes me, she disregards and downplays my symptoms,and does not get back to me with test results in a timely manner. I don't feel she is knowledgable enough to treat patients who have health concerns. She might be fine if you just need a check up. Overall, this has to be the worst doctor-patient relationship I have had and I have decided to find a different doctor. I hate to leave this review, but it's true.
