Best Pain Ma
My first to Dr Pecorra’s new location. I have seen at hospital 3 times before. This was a great experience. Dr Pecorra told me what and when he was inserting needles, medication and contrast. Minimal recovery time in his office and no sedation wear off. Highly recommend!

Excellent care!!
Dr Peccora is professional, caring and understanding. He, along with his staff are great practioners and extremely helpful and kind. Both my life partner and I are patients and are grateful for the service and personalized care we receive from everyone. The office staff is efficient and are working with my insurance to get denials overruled. I rate Dr Peccora and his staff five stars out of 5.

Procedure Wait Time
If you are planning to visit this doctor and need a procedure scheduled, find a different doctor. I have a very painful leg that is coming from my back and spent a night in the hospital with the pain. After my visit with the doctor he said all you have to do is schedule your procedure. When I went to schedule, next available May 24th. If you are visiting him after 04-25. 2024, your procedure will be in June.

Gives up too easily
Dr. Peccora started off well and listened to everything I had to say about my chronic pain journey and staff was wonderful. After two procedures (1st didn't improve anything and 2nd made things worse), he just decided that there was nothing more he could think of and sent me on my way. This was extremely disappointing and very unexpected.

I had a positive experience when I saw Dr. Peccora. It was a follow up appointment for back pain to see how my medication Lyrica was helping. I was actually scheduled to see a nurse practioner. Dr. Pecorra saw me instead which surprised me. I had only seen Dr. Chang in my visits there. I told him that I was surprised that he was seeing me instead of the Nurse Practioner. He said that they were running behind and he came in because he had some free time. That told me a lot about this doctor. He saw a need and filled it and was happy to help out. He listened to me and suggested that since taking one Lyrica at night, was not giving me complete relief from pain to try taking 2 each night. For me, that was the key to my relief of pain at night. Which is the only time that it bothers me. I felt that I had his full attention and I thought that he was genuinly interested in helping me. I was very grateful.

I never even got to see the doctor. I was accused of being late and asked me to prove my appointment time by assistant in room several times. I was not late. She was rushing everything. Taking my blood pressure while grilling me about my appointment time. She stressing me out by pretty much screaming like i could not hear and coughing. My blood pressure was very high by this time. Who does this to a paient while taking their blood pressure. She Told me i would have to wait because i was late when i was not late. I waited in room in a paper gown for almost an hour and a half without seeing anyone before i finally walked out. Too many patients..too rushed...assistant super rude.

Disappointed. Went to Dr. Christian Peccora for my Fibromyalgia/FMS, I was told he treated that. At appt, staff asked 3 times where I hurt. Had to explain FMS is body-wide pain, not just 1 place. He suggested 1 med, which I said I had tried before with bad side-effects. He recommended another med, but I said a side effect is stroke, and I have had one. He suggested cupping. Said I am on a blood thinner due to my stroke. So, I had to repeat myself at least 3 times to get him and his staff to hear me. He opted to give me a med for muscle spasms, which I was NOT having any issue. Asked it he would refill my meds for a month, to change only 1 med at a time. He agreed to refill only one not all, which I take 2 a day, thus should be 60 pills. The RX was 10 total pills at $1 each. I felt I was not HEARD as far as my current condition, past conditions, and medication continuation. Very disappointed that he really does NOT treat FMS. Wasted my co-pay and time-off work (4 hours). :-( SJD.

Dr. Peccora has helped me tremendously with my pain level and with getting the procedures I needed done. However since moving in the office with dr. Chang I've had issues what's getting in contact with him and his staff. It goes on voicemail and that's stayed. I did however hear that is office is now moving. I hope it's separate from whoever was causing the problems.

It is difficult to say when so many deficiencies exists and he has you sign a paper regarding your potential addiction and giving him the right to place you in treatment against your own will. Well since the office staff does not return your call and he does not give you enough medication and then there are gaps when you suffer pain because you have no medication, what’s the use . He expects nothing from himself and everything from you . He is responsible for his staff and patients. How can you trust him? I could not and he showed me he could are less. I hope you are one he chooses to respect and treat I was not. Maybe he forgot the oath he took. In any case, he was not at all good for me. I remain in more pain than before.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Peccora as a physician. He is thorough and appears to be very intelligent in his field. But on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I care about because of his office and his use of my personal time. Since moving in with Dr Chang, I have experienced many issues with scheduling (by the staff). Almost every time I show up in Sugarland ON TIME the staff tells me I have the wrong time and day. Also, on proced days, they are always hrs behind.

Last year my husband hurt his back during Harvey clean up. Dr. Peccora's office got him right in and arranged for his treatment. After his lumbar injections, Dr. Peccora came to the waiting room to speak with me, reassuring me that my husband did fine and I would be able to see him shortly. A lady sitting beside me in the waiting room commented that he was such a nice doctor and wanted his name. The procedure administered to my husband did wonders for relieving his pain. I highly recommend
