Dr. Lovato is very knowledgeable, always takes the time to explain things thoroughly, and answers any questions I might have. She also is willing to look into things further if she doesn't have an answer at the moment. Her office is extremely busy so her appointments can be spaced 3-4 months apart but if she feels I need follow up more often, she still orders more frequent bloodwork/tests and will follow up over the messaging portal or give me a call. It is very clear she cares about her patients and her excellent care has greatly increased my quality of life. I am happy to drive an hour to my appointments just since healthcare does not compare in my city.

What a terribly disorganized doctor. Over booked her schedule. We sat in her office till they closed and her office receptionist had the audacity to tell us to come back to more and maybe we can squeeze you in. We had this appointment for 2 and a 1/2 months . It’s not like can take work off in a whim to be here. When we finally saw here and it was only for a minute. Her nurse practitioner spent more time with us and was actually more concerned about the reason we were here in the first place. We got our referral and we had the most difficult time getting a copy of our record to the next doctor. We called her office and they said they sent the records over but needless to say they were never sent. Zero out of 5 stars

She is kind but denied the existence of a disease I was previously diagnosed with while I am clearly having symptoms of it! I even had labs to prove it, but because they were done elsewhere, were not believed. Therefore, I am not receiving treatment for a condition that is affecting my life greatly. Time to go elsewhere...

I am an RN who accompanied one of my patients to a visit with Dr. Lovato. She was kind, patient, informative & very compassionate. She listened and responded to each concern my patient expressed. I am absolutely sure our visit (last of the day) went long, but Dr. Lovato never looked at her watch or rushed our patients. I highly recommend her!

I have seen 14 Endo's in NM. The first 13 kept telling me I did not have a pituitary tumor. Dr Lovato "sees" the bigger picture and after an MRI showing a 3.7mm growth on left side of my pituitary, Dr Lovato is doing what she can to find what else is going on. I have signs of the hardest thing for Dr.s to diagnose called Cyclical Cushings. Dr. Lovato is willing to do the testing that is needed to get to the root cause of my medical issues. Other Dr.s just want to pump the pills into a patient.

Very professional. Diagnosed a tumor on my pancreas (an insulinoma). Told me on my second visit that we would get it fixed. She listened intently to my description of my symptoms. The follow-up visits to her after the surgery were also very good. The A1C test that she required proved that my pancreas was operating normally. At that point she said I was cured and didn't need to see her any more.

Absolutely disgusting. I was recommended to Dr. Lovato by a friend and when I called the office to make an appointment I was told I had to have my PCP fax over a referral. After all that trouble of convincing my PCP to fax over a referral I was told by the 'help staff' that it was a year wait to see the Dr. The staff knew at the time I called it was a year wait and didn't tell me anything. From my perspective the incompetent 'help staff' speaks to the quality of the Dr - below standards.
