Dr. Christine Pan, MD

I felt like Dr. Pan was in a big hurry and rushed through my appt. She did her job and treated me but she hurried through and asked if I had any more questions and left. I got dressed and sat in the room for a few minutes not knowing if I was supposed to leave or the nurse was going to give me information about the upcoming procedure. I finally left the room and followed signs to checkout. I asked them to spell the procedure so I could look it up and get more information. She only wanted me scheduled at the end of the day or end of the morning and that left me wondering why. (I only knew that because the front got a message from her.) I would have loved to asked her questions but it went so fast and I didn't know where to start asking questions and felt like I was holding her up. I think she is a very good Dr. And I plan on continuing my treatment plan.

Phenomenal experience. I was nervous going into this appointment but was quickly at ease due to the kindness and professionalism of the nurse and Dr. Pan. Dr was very thorough and easy to understand. I felt "seen" and "heard".

I hope she reads this. I was referred to her by Dr Salazar for pelvic pain most specifically in the vulva. I asked Dr Salazar what he thought it was and he said menopause then referred me to Dr Pan. I tried to tell him that my GP did blood work to rule out menopause but he didn't listen. Then on to Dr Pan. She started out my visit telling me that I won't learn anything more from her than I did with Dr Salazar. She asked where my pain was and I said my vulva but then she wanted me to reach between my legs and point. What part of vulva did she not understand. That's very specific. Needless to say she wasted my time and treated me terribly. I left crying. I was hoping one of the providers would help me with this issue effecting my quality of life. I went back to my GP and after doing research he was about to diagnose me with pudendal neuralgia. Gynecologist should have known what that is. I hope Dr Pan reads this so if she has another patient with this complaint she will try to hel

Dr Pan was exceptional in her empathy and concern for my complaint. She did a great job of explaining my situation and leading me towards various remedies.
