I took my 2 children to her office today and she was going to give them two shots. Not only did she not inform me of what the shots were, but when I asked her, she said that if she told me, I would not understand. I thought this was really unprofessional and I’ve never met any doctor who treats their patients like this. I also noticed that when my children are there for an examination, she seems rushed and does not seem willing to answer our questions thoroughly. I am going to try to transfer my children to another doctor. She does not attempt to make her patients comfortable or heard at all.

My sister had been experiencing Ulcerative Colitis symptoms and after the blood work did not show any positive findings she refused to refer her to a specialist but insisted that we test her for drugs. My sister is a 15 year old straight A student who does not show any signs of using drugs. Fast forward to now, she ended up in the ER and hospitalized for over a week with severe Ulcerative Colitis and anemia. This doctor takes more time choosing her pretty outfits than curing her patients.

They failed to contact and retrieve medical records for my son who ended up getting 6 shots without explaining what they were until after the fact. To only find out that they were not needed! He had already gotten those shots. Wait time in over 30 minutes long with an appointment. Staff in the front office are impatient and rude. They couldn't even fax over my son's vaccination records to his surgeon's office for a procedure needed for him to hear again! Aweful and would NOT recommend

Dr Tran is indeed patient, however once we went to a different doctor, she misdiagnosed my child with something less serious than it was. They did not only failed to contact our previous pediatrics office for shot recurs, they gave my child 6 shots he did not need and then didn't document future shots. So when we switched doctors due to their office's horrible admin, our doctor's team had to track down every shot because apparently my kid was missing over a year worth of shots. Horrible!
