Thorough and personable!
Dr. Gaffga was wonderful with my 8 year old! He listened to her and asked her the best questions to get to the problems. Usually doctors speak exclusively to the adults, excluding the kids who are the patients.

Confusion
Today was our 4th visit with Dr. Gaffga including the surgery he did and everytime we’ve seen him it’s like it’s the first time in his office. He seems confused on what’s going on. My son had nose surgery 7 weeks ago and today he told him he’s still pretty swollen but right on track for where he should be for the 2 weeks post op and that he could start lightly blowing his nose now, which is exactly what he told us 5 weeks ago.

If you want an ENT who knows all and doesn’t care what your symptoms are you have come to the right place. If your hearing is normal then nothing else matters to this guy.

Follow up Appointment.
Today really stood out as I was the first one in the waiting room and the last one to leave!I asked the gal at the desk if my appointment wasn't at 3?She checked and said yes.Is he running behind?YaAfter an hour I was finally called back to wait another 15-20 minutes for the Dr.I understand things happen and Drs can be delayed but it would be nice to be informed as your waiting and wondering what is going on.!We never really did discuss much about my hearing test,that's why I was there.

My experience would lend recommendation.
Dr. Gaffga was extremely professional, approachable, and knowledgeable.. he has a gentle approach to asking questions and is an active listener… this appointment gave me much needed support and attention to underlying ENT issues which Dr Gaffga addressed and incorporated into his assessment and continuing txmt options. He has an easy and approachable personality.
