Lied about what was on my sinus scan just to scare me and do surgery that had to be done over by another doctor a year later. His practice is there to make the most money he can.

Don't be a problem patient
He has been great for me and my wife. His staff has been awesome. I am surprised to see the negative comments but there are bad patients as well. All symptoms are not for the same problem. It's a process of elimination to get the correct diagnosis. Beware a Dr. that only tells you what you want the hear.

DO NOT GO!! BEWARE OF RUDE DOCTOR
He was very unprofessional and derogatory. To be talked to like a child is insulting. His tone was degrading, saying **“do you want me to get a nurse in here and hold you down?!”** I’m over 60 years old. He dismissed my pain when digging in my ear saying ***”that don’t hurt!”*** And called me a **“CRY BABY!”** when my body jumped in reaction to pain as he dug. I’ve always been told I have a high pain tolerance. My daughter is a medical professional and has never heard of this level of unprofessionalism still being allowed to be in practice. He used to a good doctor but something has changed in the last few years.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!! His staff is very rude. If a mistake is made they will outright tell you that it is your fault. The attitude of the staff is they are right and you are wrong.

Doctor was a jerk! Once I questioned taking the shots he got very arrogant and rude. Treated me like a child, waving papers in my face. Asked for a referral to a rheumatologist and blatantly disregard my symptoms. I asked if a mold test for my house would be beneficial and he very sarcastically said “and if it comes back positive what are you going to do, MOVE??” He did not listen to my symptoms the first visit (came in for allergy and he looked in my nose and discussed a deviated septum). He just wanted to play with his fancy gadgets. The nurse who did the allergy testing was wonderful as were the front desk personnel. Doctor is horrible and would not recommend him to anyone. I only give him 1 star because I cant pick 0.

First of all Dr. Srour is a person. Not just a healthgrade. My entire family has been seeing Dr Srour for nearly a decade. When you first come in he usually checks everything, not just what you're complaining about. He has a system of tests and proceedures he uses with everyone. if you ask intelligent questions he will answer them with the same level of inteligence. My husband had a successful sinus surgery and sleep apnea diagnoses. No longer snores like a chainsaw. I had a successful septum surgery. I was a mouth breather. I am no longer. He stitched up my torn earlobe beautifully. Three of us have been through or are doing the allergy shots with great success. He's a great guy with a unique sense of humor. If you have a question about billing call his billing lady and straighten it out. Its that simple. We all think he is awesome. People in this area don't know how lucky they are to have someone of his caliber available to them.

Long story short. Went to him for a persistent cough. He wanted me to come back for allergy testing (ca-ching) and then IF that came back normal, he would recommend that I stop taking the Lisinopril and see what happens. I decided to FIRST stopped the Lisinopril and my cough was better within days and completely gone in about a month. Still making payments on my co-pay as I have a high deductible. He also scoped me while in the office. I don't trust him and IMO he's only out to see how much he can charge. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Worst surgeon. Did surgery on my grandson and later found out from 2nd doctor what he told us he did he never performed. Scary do not trust him. Also billing is very sketchy. Charges for post op. That is not what surgeons do. Sad he could do this to a child.

Dr. Srour recommended rhinoplasty for a deviated septum to help cure snoring and other associated benefits. The surgery was done successfully according to Dr. Srour but I have seen no benefit to my lifestyle. Snoring is marginally better at best. No improvement in energy or sinus infections.

I had been having sinus and ear problems for well over a month before I got an appointment with Dr. Srour and all I can say is that his treatment gave me wonderful relief from the horrible ringing in my ears and dizziness that I had been having for over a month. I think he's a wonderful doctor and would certainly see him again if I had another ENT problem !!

Fair doctor but beware, poor business billing practices! Nasal surgery went well, no complaints with the procedure but Dr. Srour does not explain the procedure detail well at all! Was left with the impression that one thing was corrected when in fact it was not! Additionally, he promised that there would be no out-of-pocket expenses (less initial co-pay) from day one in starting with his practice only to experience that this was not the case at all. Again..BEWARE! IRT the allergy staff, AWESOME

Dr.. Srour completely misdiagnosed my condition and ordered expensive unnecessary testing. I am also a medical professional and would highly recommend that patients seek another ENT physician.

I'm not happy with his interaction, his diagnosis, or his attitude. To not run proper tests, and to tell me as a patient that " it sucks to be you " is just very unprofessional. Luckily I went to another doctor who had the proper cat scan done and found blood on the brain and I was sent to York hospital Immediately. Dr Srour had me taking more Aleve to help the headache which could have killed me. I used to like Dr Srour three years ago, but he has changed and I don't trust him anymore.
