This was my first visit . He was outstanding he came in and explained The next step for treatment going forward. He took time to allow me to ask questions. I appreciate that.

He was easy to talk to. Excellent patient skills and offered treatment options. I was treated like no one else was there spent time with me and listened.

I am very pleased with Dr Wilson and all his staff. Very thorough and explains methods of treatment.

Dr Wilson is an exceptional person and Doctor. He is very thorough providing you with information about your problem and all available solutions to remedy your problem. He is always following up on your selected treatment to make sure it is working for you and lets you know there are other options if it isn’t, or if your situation changes. You can tell he wants the best for his patients. I do recommend him to my friends that need his specialty care and my wife also is his patient and she is just as impressed with his care.

Waited about an hour in the exam room before speaking to the Doctor for about 5 minutes. A phone call would have been a better use of everyones time.

Dr. Wilson listened presented me with my options, suggested the course of action for now he felt was best for my day to day life and my age, he also calmed some stress about the situation before the appointment, with this advice and also informed me if this course doesn’t work what the next steps are, but made me feel like even those steps at their worst wouldn’t be the end of the world 5 Stars plus

I wait in the waiting room and in the patient room over 50 minutes before seeing the doctor. Then had to wail an additional 10 minutes for blood work. Every time I get blood work why not send me to get blood while I am waiting for the doctor. Time manage is geared toward maximizing the doctor’s time and not on the patient. I would like to get and out in a reasonable amount of time. Better scheduling is need and more concern for the patient’s time.

Always ready to listen to you about what your symptoms are and he takes time to find what your problems are.

What I didn’t like was open trash cans in the room with no lids. And also the check in kiosque system it’s not personable and puts me instantly in a bad mood when you still get called up to the reception window to pay your co-pay and show your insurance card. This is Willis -knight in general not just his office. This may have happened during Covid but I feel it’s time to change it back if that was their reasoning.

Dr. Wilson did not rush me and took time to listen to my concerns. After months of constant urinary issues, he did an ultrasound and had a diagnosis and solution within an hour! I would highly recommend him!

I always feel like Dr. Wilson is trying to get to the bottom of my bladder problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson’s for a long time. Although, I have not seen him in a good while, I had to make an appointment with him and saw him recently. I’m glad he is still my urologist and appreciate him listening to me and providing EXCELLENT care, as always.
