Horrific customer service
They refuse to explain my bloodwork results. Their office only did less than half of bloodwork on their order on 1/22/24 then never called me to send an order for the other 13 necessary. I'm now almost a month out of the appt with no information and no trust in their staff. Manager doesn't help and barely speaks English.

Wonderful
Dr Saba is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to ‘see’ the whole you. Doesn’t jump to conclusions and is very informed on a course of treatment.

Not good experience at all! Extremely Rude office staff not professional behavior. When you call expect for question or complain, they say they will call back. It never happens. Then for some reason insist that you pay yourself rather than filing through insurance. If there was an option of zero start that is what I would give them.

Dr Saba is thorough and listens to her patients to understand their concerns. She does not appear to be one that rushes in and jump to conclusions so she can move on to the next patient like other doctors. She is very knowledgeable and offers recommendations according to you individual needs. I highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for a rheumatologist in the area.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They have an in-house bloodwork technician from LabCorp. They don't notify you he is from LabCorp, or that they will only submit to LabCorp, and they don't give you the option to have blood drawn elsewhere. So if your insurance doesn't cover LabCorp, you are stuck with a nasty bill. Attempts to have it resolved were futile thanks to a staff who could care less.

Took over 2 month to get an appointment, than waited over 1.5 hr waiting to been seen. When approaching a nurse bout how much longer the wait might be, her response was: well, it's your first appointment, it takes longer. The billing office than sends me a $50 no show bill. Really!? A specialist does not make you god!

I really like Dr. Saba but I have to agree with the other rater's here, the Reston staff is not great! In fact, if I could fire them I would fire the whole bunch! They say they will call in prescriptions/therapy recommendations....after 2 weeks NOTHING comes! I really do get tired of calling the office asking for the same over and over again only to have another excuse given. It's staring look bad on the practice.

Not good experience at all! They NEVER follow through on their end of requirements needed for patients! Constantly having to call them back for them to follow up on THEIR job. There's always one excuse after another why it wasn't done. This is their Reston office. Their Fairfax office is worse. Staff are rude, especially receptionist, last I was there an elderly woman. As far as Dr. Saba I never had complaints for her. She was wonderful and caring. Their staff, however ... little to be desired.

I really like and trust Dr. Saba, unfortunately her office staff is less desirable. While she is very concerned and caring about her patients her staff is not. They rarely seem concerned about the patient, instead they are on the phone or computer doing personal things, like shopping, rather than assisting the patient. They never offer to go above and beyond. Saying things like, it takes 1-2 weeks to get test results back rather than taking the initiative to actually go & see if they are back.
