Dr. Claude Gilbreath Jr, MD

I have been going to him for over 10 years. Had a radical mastectomy in September 2010. Every time I go to him he asks when was my last mammogram. Takes an act of congress to get an appointment. You call they pick up and say "Hold please" and anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes later you get disconnected. I walked in at 12:20 to make the appointment in person. Still took 15 minutes. She kept looking around like someone else cold help me. There was only her until some other lady walked in and I heard her say how rude I was before she closed the partition. My pharmacy would fax for refills and they would be denied. They never call to let you know you need to come in or they won't fill the prescription. I have been out of scripts 2 months on 1 medication and a month on the rest. Took 2 weeks of calls to get the appointment and another 2 weeks to get the appointment. Been 5 days and still no refills. His office says it's all my fault.

I love Dr. Gilbreath! He listens, he explains everything, and he is caring. The staff is also nice and caring. Scheduling is easy, and a short wait to see the Dr. I do recommend this Dr. to any and everybody. I was looking for a caring Dr., and found him. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilbreath. He listened to me and spoke to me in terms I could understand. The staff was also very nice .

He was VERY rude and dismissive. Told me I was lying and drug seeking and refereed me to a drug specialist. I am 31 he said I was too young to have all the problems I said I had. After I got two more opinions from renowned doctors they found that I had severe necrosis of the joints and had to have 2 hip and 1 knee replacement. I went back to him afterwards because of a bad cough and he was very rude and abusive when I told him he was wrong about me and my SO CALLED FAKING he is SO ARROGANT!!

I had seen him once in the past He was very rude and acted like I was lying about the way I felt. I saw another doctor and he got down to the bottom of it and found I some issues with discs in my neck, scoliosis, and degenerate disc disease in my lower back. I did therapy and felt great for years. Till recently I was talked into trying again and thought that since I'm much older now maybe it would be different. No I felt like he didn't believe me. He was rude and I'm still not sure what is wrong
