Bad doctor
Not Good. :( said I would die if I didn't get lithotripsy. Had to sell my car and scrape up the money. Had a 10mm stone pouching through my back. After he cussed my mother out for asking how I was doing. He did a 1 min lithotripsy and left unnecessary stents in my ureters' for two months and charged me 6k for job done wrong. The stents were suppose to be taken out in two weeks or less. My Primary Doc called him and said take them out. His nurse was rude. Went to VA they took 20 min, cracked the stone in half and I didn't pay anything. They said he did wrong. That he did unnecessary procedures for money. FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS EVIL AND SO IS HE.

hypocrite
yelled at me and my mom. Said I would die if I didn't get a lithotripsy. After a min of the procedure he said he was done. He bankrupted me and threats to boot. Went and got a real lithotripsy for free and after 20 min the 10mm stone was broke in half. I would not recommend this so called doc to anyone not even telehealth.

Great doctor. Removed a huge kidney stone and probably saved my life. I like his personality and felt like he was genuinely concerned about my well being. Staff is courteous and efficient. I feel fortunate to have him as my urologist.

I made a list to read to Dr. Whitesell via phone. I wasn't allotted time to communicate all of them. He talked more than I did. I mentioned a test & prior diagnosis, assuming relevancy. He was combative immediately , & kept stating he didn't agree. I explained a symptom he asked about. I later had to remind him of it. He replied that I had "changed my story". I brought up being worried about my tumors returning. He said "this wouldn't be cancer or whatever you're worried about".Disagreeable!

Have the worst staff there. Very rude, they dont bill correctly, won't let the patients spouse go to the back with the patient when they are having a procedure. Didn't call in anything for anxiety proir to the procedure. Unprofessional period. Get people who know what they are doing.

Dr. Whitesell is really professional has great bedside manner. I have had the oppurtunity to work with him several years ago and then just a few days ago I had a kidney stone, 5.8mm proximal right ureter. He remembered me, was very kind, and discussed our options. He said he may not be able to get it, as it was very close to the curve of the ureter right at the kidney. He took more time on my case, broke up the stone, and placed a stent. He went above and beyond. I trust him and you should too!

Dr. Whitesell himself make and extremely positive impression on my first appointment. Great bedside manner and very thorough in his descriptions and explanations. His nurse was supposed to schedule a biopsy within a couple of weeks from my appointment. However nearly three weeks later and after 5 calls to his office I have discovered that my biopsy has not even been ordered. His staff appears to be very unorganized and uncaring and does not follow through on their promises. Very disappointing.

Office staff is terrible. They give out tons of wrong information and wait until the last minute after you have cancelled other appointments to call and tell you that they cannot see you at the time they scheduled. Any dealings I have had with this office has been miserable. I will be looking for a new doctor today. I cannot say anything good about this place except the doctor was nice but I am sure he looses tons of patience daily due to his incompetent staff. Bad deal for the doctor.
