Great Doctor & Great Expereince
I typically hate doctor's appointments. Dr. Heinle was extremely friendly, efficient, and actually listened to my concerns and questions. In my experience most doctors are very unpersonable. Dr. Heinle was extremely likeable and easy to talk to. Nothing but good things to say about my visit with him and would highly recommend. One of my first pleasant experiences visiting a health care professional.

Not sure yet!
Dr kept me waiting in the room for at least 30 minutes. He seemed rushed, although when I went to use the restroom he was on his computer. When he did come in, he seemed dismissive to me. He did give me a shot in the hand(which hurt like heck). He did not really talk to me about what to expect from the shot. He said he wanted me to test for carpal tunnel but thought I had a trigger finger( although I’ve had 2 before and this did not seem the same) I will be following up with the test and see him in. 3 weeks. Felt like to him it was not a big deal but I was in pain!!!

Great experience!
Dr. Heinle was great. He took his time during my appointment and explained everything that was going on with my injury. He was very professional and understanding. He answered all of my husbands and my questions. I got referred to another doctor for my injury for a surgery which was in my best interest and Dr. Heinle’s. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heinle to anyone who has an ankle or foot injury!

Great service!
The whole visit was well-coordinated and efficient. From the receptionist, the nurse who took me to the exam room, the x-ray technician, the doctor, to the woman who checked me out, each was friendly, they didn't re-ask questions, and was skilled. The doctor explained everything well, and answered my questions.
