Dr. Cristina Alekseyenko, MD

It is a terrible loss for CC that Dr. Alekseyenko left. I understand her decision based on the criteria required of her by CC - # of patients to be seen, length of appointment kept to 15 minutes, number of referrals to specialists required. the job at CC is grueling and does not support what Dr. A is best at - caring for her patients. Taking time with each of us to explain our condition, explore treatment options based on individual patient and refer when needed. I hope to find her when she lands at her new position and will search the internet until I do.

I am so sad to hear Dr. A is leaving Cleveland Clinic. She is a wonderful physician, and she is smart, kind, empathetic and compassionate. When I first met her after she started at CC I had a feeling she wouldn't end up staying. I wish her the best. I know she has alot of patient's who are very sorry to see her go.

We have finally found a good doctor that takes her time and explains everything to you. Not only is she intelligent, knowledgeable, her bedside manners are amazing. She now takes care of the entire family, from parents, to in-laws too.

Took the time to know the patient and the problems. She was wonderful!

Often cancels appointments with no advance notice. Support staff is excellent but doctor is frequently not available and leaves returning phone calls to staff. Have never been able to speak to her directly on the phone with concerns.

Unavailable. I had scheduled 2 appointments both 6 months out and both were cancelled. Not sure how she can be accepting new patients when she does not have time to see existing patients. I've given up and will now drive to Jupiter for my primary care. A bit of a hike but at least I will be able to see someone when I need to.

This Dr "A" is ok if you only need an appointment every 6 months and if you schedule the appt 6 months in advance. Don't expect to be abie to see her if you are sick or need any kind of medical approval for anything. No calls for urgent results or time sensitive tests. If you have to see another DR in same office the results and comments would be about the same I will not be returning to this office Helen --April 2021

We did a video call visit. Very complete and doctor took a lot of time getting to know me.

Fantastic Doc. A great listener; she is thorough, kind, and has a very calm and relaxing demeanor. Plus she really knowledgeable.

Dr. Alekseyenko has a wonderful bedside manner and is obviously very knowledgeable about practicing medicine. She took the time to get to know me, listened to my concerns as well as answering questions I had. I visited Dr. Cristina at the new Martin Memorial/Cleveland Clinic facility in Stuart.
