Dr. Crystal Dickson, MD

It was cast removal day for me and transitioning into a boot so I was super anxious and nervous but Dr. Dickson assured me it was okay to try to walk normally and I’m terrified to try for fear of re-injury. She understands I’m active and ready to get back moving and she has had me on a timeline and really stuck with it! Being able to get in and be seen and have surgery so quickly was nothing short of a godsend! I am thankful for the entire office staff that I have encountered because everyone is truly genuine and caring!

Quick, nice and easy with no problems

She was friendly and personable. Thorough in her examination and showed me the issue on the X-ray. Confidence in her treatment and outcome probably and patiently answered questions.

Once I got back, Xrays were quick and once I got to the exam room Dr. Dickson got there shortly afterward. Very friendly and kind.

The staff from the front desk to radiology to nurse doctor to checkout was unbelievable. Everyone was great and helpful. I didn't feel like I was a burden to them.Doctor took her time and gave me suggestions on how to help my feet and actually listen. That means alot these days.

She was kind and compassionate toward our family situation.

I went in to see Dr Crystal for an evaluation and the prognosis on my ankle. I had a wonderful experience from the first minute I talked to Tiffany at the front desk to the last minute when I left the building! Everyone made me feel comfortable, important and right at home! The visit was the best I've ever had in every way possible way!!

Even though it had been a year since I saw her. She knew who I was. She remembered me and she's very knowledgeable and friendly.
