Dr. Curtis Reinke, MD

We did not care for this physician in the least. He did not listen to our concerns, read our chart prior to the appointment, or offer any useful assistance. Moreover, he did not address the patient but spoke over them and barely answered any of our questions. (And, when he did respond to questions, he kept his hand on the door, signaling that we were unimportant.) He also spoke down to us as if assuming we could not comprehend. Furthermore, his poor documentation of our needs led to insurance refusing to cover a medical necessity. We do not recommend this physician.

Dr Reinke is prepared for my visits. He has reviewed my chart and latest lab results. He does his research. He had gathered health history records through his access. He had a thorough understanding of my history. I do not feel rushed during my visits. He answers all my questions and follows through with referrals and prescriptions. His specific knowledge has been beneficial in treating symptoms that are not common ailments. The staff are friendly and eager to assist.

Very personable and knowledgeable primary care doctor. If you want someone who actually listens to you and applies that information to your care then Dr Reinke is your guy. I've never had a doctor spend so much time discussing care and educating a patient. Great support staff as well.

An amazing person and doctor. Dr. Reinke has been my primary care physician for 13 years. I have had many doctors in my lifetime and absolutely always felt like I was just a number. This is not the case with Dr. Reinke. He feels like a friend. I can talk to him about anything and he never makes me feel stupid or rush me. He doesn't make you feel like you're wasting his time when you have questions. He takes however much time I need at every single appointment. Because of this wonderful thing don't be surprised if your wait is a tad longer than you would like. It's a small price to pay to get the real attention we all deserve from our doctor. He is extremely smart and humble. He genuinely cares about your health and happiness. He is as close to the old time family doctor as you can get in today's society and I feel lucky to have found him. The staff is just as great. They greet me by name and are just as dedicated to your wellbeing as Dr. Reinke. These folks all go the extra mile.

Dr prescribed an expensive thyroid drug for me instead of choosing a cheaper generic. At my request, he cancelled the first RX and substituted a cheaper RX. At first this does not seem like a problem. However when I found out from a public website that he was making over $3000 year promoting more expensive drugs to his patients, then I realized this is the wrong doctor for me. You know the saying, "let the buyer beware." My former PCP in San Diego did not earn any money doing this legal, but unethical (in my opinion) practice.

Dr. Reinke has been my primary care physician for, I'd guess, over 20 years. In that time he has literally saved my life several times by correctly diagnosing and treating me for my medical issues of which I think I have more than my fair share ;-) He is thoughtful, very well read and takes the time to be sure what is happening then if needed refers to a specialist whose care he receives reports on to monitor regularly. Many times I would have been lost without him and his staff who are compassionate, professional and just as concerned about you. If you need a primary care physician and want one to put your needs first then Dr. Reinke is the one to see.

Dr REINKE really cares about people and their health. He will make sure you get the help you need. I never feel rushed, he takes his time and listens and goes to great lengths to explain everything thoroughly. I'm glad we found him.

Dr. Reinke was my dr. for 18 years until I had to move. He is through and most lmportant he listens and always takes time to explain. He always has had my best health and emotional well being in mind. I shall miss him and his staff terribly Nancy Biando

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! He never really reviewed any of my records, but continued to refer me to specialists. Terrible doctor.

I was going to a pain clinic he referred me to,he told me that since he was so much closer to my work than the pain clinic he would be my provider. I have been there for two appointments and he refuses to give me any pain medication and doesn't seem to care that was taking between 8 and 10 Tylenol and several Advil a day. Dr. Reinke is intelligent, and honestly seems to be concerned with the best interest of the patient, and keeping them healthy. The atmosphere is reminiscent of old school family doctors which I am comfortable with, not a large impersonal medical group which sometimes seem to be primarily concerned only about running patients through like cattle, and increasing revenue. I have not had a primary care doc for 10 years, and i am happy to have a doctor whom I can trust.

I think he is a great Dr. And he actually listens to YOU. If he needs to he will refer you to another Dr.
