Dismissive, rude and unwilling to help.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience due to the doctor’s dismissive attitude. We need doctors who care, doctors who listen to their patients and are happy to contribute to the wellness of their patients. You don’t get that with this guy. He comes in, tells you it’s nothing he can do for you and send you home. I really had to go out my way for treatment. He didn’t even want to touch my feet. If there was nothing wrong, I wouldn’t have received a referral to podiatry. The student training with him felt so bad for me, he waited until the doctor left to apologize to me on his behalf. It’s really sad he didn’t feel confident to speak up in the moment. Overall, this is not how you treat your patients. I don’t think he looks forward to helping. You’re treated like another number and not a human being. Instead of exploring potential treatment options, he gaslit me and suggested me not to come back. I wasn’t rude or argumentative but I did come in seeking help and left with nothing.
