Dr Hook performed a thorough examination, provided a steroid prescription for anti-inflammation, scheduled a MRI, and made an appt for a followup in-office visit to further discuss the diagnosis and future treatment options.

Dr. Hook is always there to answer any of my concerns and questions.His staff is great to work with.

Everything is OK with Sketchers but I can't wear any other shoes. I want a pair of penny loafers but the lift is higher than expected. It's almost an inch and a half. My heel won't stay in a normal shoe

The receptionists, x-ray tech, nurse, along with Dr. Hook were very courteous and professional.

It took almost 1 hour to pick up my orthotics when I saw him recently. I only spent 10 minutes with Dr. Hook. Prior to that visit, I was late to work. My time is valuable. That's my only issue.

Dr Hook explains things very well and their staff is very considerate. My hammer toe surgery went very well and I am back to normal.
