Dr. Navi has been my dermatologist for a few years now, and he has been amazing. He was the only one who helped resolve my rosacea issues, rosacea I'd been suffering from for over 10 years. I am so grateful to him for his thoroughness and knowledge. I had a bit of an issue in June with my insurance coverage of my prescription medication, and my insurance company blamed it on the Dr and his staff, which I believed. But ultimately, it turned out that the Insurance company was to blame, and not the Dr. or his staff. Once I got a hold of an empathetic employee at my Insurance company, he took the time to review my case and explained to me that Dr. Navi and his staff had done everything they were supposed to. I felt glad and relieved knowing that denial of coverage was not the fault of the Dr's office as Blue Shield had initially claimed. I'm even more happy with Dr. Navi and his staff knowing they did everything they could to get my prescription covered. Thank you!

My mother has a rare skin condition. That is painful & all over. The only thing that has kept it at bay, were Steroids. Which she can't be on forever. Causing other side effects. She was also on another drug (that has 2pgs of side effects), that wasn't working. Dr Navi came in the first visit didn't even look at her condition, and put her at 1000mg of this drug. see ya in a month. We did what Dr. Navi said, steroid every other day, it came back! Rode it out for about a week or so, and had to put her back on the steroid. Second visit, was even more rushed. They didn't have the blood results (did them 3 days before), and Dr. Navi said when he got them he would call us, & bump her up to 2000mg of this drug! I've called now 2x. No results. It's been 2 weeks. Dr. Navi never examined her. Said see ya in 2 months. My mother is 81yrs old & a stroke survivor. The reason we went to Dr. Navi was for help. On the flip side, LOVE the staff, & office. Seeing another Dr in the same office.

This provider is so amazing, caring and supper knowledgeable about all skin types and all available treatments options. I’ve happily found my dermatologist. Highly Recommended. THANK YOU Dr.Navi

I went in with a horrible rash and he put in for biopsies, but it takes a week. I’ve had the rashes for over a month and this nasty doctor made me wait about a month when they aren’t supposed to do this! They’ve been reported! The man told me to go to pain management for open sore rashes on my chin and on my stomach that hurt like a hot iron is sitting on me for a month! He is allowing me to be in horrible pain and seems to enjoy this! I didn’t ask for opiates! I don’t even take those! But something! Some kind is help! Don’t see him! I wish I could show photos of this rash here!
