The office staff are excellent and Dr. Thompson takes plenty of time to inform himself about your case and answer detailed questions. I was very satisfied with the experience and even though he told me that he wasn’t really the right person to resolve my particular case, he pointed me in the right direction and educated me to become a much more informed patient.

Dr Thompson was pleasant. He listened to what I had to say.. I did not feel rushed. He went over my Xrays with me, examined my knee and then told me what he thought was going on and what my options were.

He was able to diagnose my pain within 5 minutes of an x ray. I've been to my PC dr a few times complaining of the pain in my hip multiple times and got zero answers. Finally, I'm so excited that I can work on something to lessen the pain

Dr. Thompson did a great job on my ACL using quad graft. He does a lot of this modern technique and is good at it. His staff and scheduling team was very attentive and reachable - they bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. My recovery has gone very smooth, according to the set expectations. The doc communicated my options well, seems very ethical, and I never felt 'pushed' into surgery. I am not an orthopod, but I am a doctor, and I believe this is an efficient and expert team for ACL surgery.

I received multiple consults with surgeons for my best options for an ACL tear. Dr Thompson and his team were the kindest and most patient by far. He's also one of the few in the area that do Bridge Enhanced ACL Repair a.k.a. BEAR. Him and his team explained things so thoroughly, answered all my questions--I brought a packet full of them, so that's saying something. He did amazing work and every doctor, nurse, PA, PT, admin, admin assistant, etc. that I have worked with love him and his work. I cannot recommend him highly enough! All of the staff was great, scheduling/rescheduling was so easy, and they do a great job with the web portal MyChart.

Dr. Thompson is very personable and knowledgeable on each visit. He guide you in the direction you need to go and he listens to everything you say. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Dr. Thompson is one of my favorite doctors. He takes his time during appointments and listens. I trusted him to give me my first ever cortisone shot and it went very well. Office staff is professional, efficient, and friendly.

Dr. Thompson is the 4th doctor I've seen to alleviate pain in my knee. With the diagnosis of arthritis, the other physicians had few feasible solutions for an active 30 year old. Dr. Thompson suggested a solution and treated me in the office immediately. So far so good! I am so glad I found someone who was open to listening! Thank you so much, Dr. Thompson!!!

I just saw Dr. Thompson yesterday, after switching from another practice in which I felt the doctor did not listen to me and treated me like a number. Dr. Thompson listened to me, was empathetic and straightforward, he cared about me, he told me exactly what was going on, and then he proposed a solution that was wonderful. I had broken my arm 10 days prior and had been very uncomfortable with immobilization and couldn’t find a good sleeping position. He got an updated X-RAY, examined me thoroughly, and told me I could ditch the sling, start exercising my arm gently, and begin physical therapy. He agreed with me that it would be a good idea to get the ring cut off on my swollen hand (I followed his recommendation today to do it at a jeweler). I also found the staff at this practice very friendly and helpful, particularly Vernell, who had made the appointment for me. She was able to get me in to see the doctor within an hour of my call! I highly recommend this practice!

I had two tears on my meniscus, Dr Thompson clearly articulated the options, both surgical and non-surgical, I took the surgical route. The outcome was great, recovery time was short and felt throughout the experience I was in good hands. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Daniel threat me like his kids, I realy appreciate all his professional skill, ethics and personality. He respect his patient like him self. He is doing all the best he can do for me. His shoulder surgery skill is amusing.
